📌 SPRITZ ME! Can you spot all six colours from the rainbow flag! Thanks to my friends @wearegreenback I have created the most colourful non-alcoholic G&T spritzer to keep you partying and refreshed over the Mardi Gras festivities💋

Ingredients

2 x @wearegreenback G&T Spritzer (chilled)
Handful of Purple Grapes
½ Punnet Blueberries 
1 Kiwi Fruit (peeled) 
1 x Orange (peeled) 
1 x Mango (peeled)
½ Punnet Raspberries 
Squeeze of fresh lime

Directions

Chop the kiwi fruit, orange and mango into small cubes. Line the fruit on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for approximately 1 hour. 
When ready to serve, assemble the fruit, layering to resemble the rainbow flag. Top off with @wearegreenback G&T. Squeeze a generous amount of lime. Time to party!
