This silky delicious cheesecake is plant-based, gluten-free and packed with protein too! These easy-to-make, easy-to-serve desserts are a perfect day before preparation for entertaining, and they are so tasty!

Ingredients

1x Greenback Caramel Choc Chip Cookie
75g vegan friendly cream cheese (or regular)
200g vegan friendly greek style yoghurt (or regular)
1 scoop Greenback Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 plain biscuit (GF or regular)
1 tbsp coconut oil
A few fresh strawberries or other berries

Directions

To make it, simple crumb the cookie and mix well with the coconut oil before filling the base of the jars.
Blitz the cream cheese, yoghurt, protein powder, vanilla and syrup together before adding on top of base.
Top with fresh strawberries and refrigerate for 1h before eating! 👌🏼
