Ingredients: ¼ Cup Ground Flaxseeds; ½ Cup Warm Water; 3 ½ Cups Soy Milk; 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar; 3 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour; 2 Tbsp Baking Powder; 1 tsp Salt; ⅓ Cup Coconut Sugar; 1 x @wearegreenback Salted Caramel Protein Bar (finely chopped/processed); ⅓ Cup Vegan Friendly Choc Chips; 5 Sugar Cubes (crushed into large chunks); 1 x Tub @wearegreenback Salted Caramel Swirl Protein Ice Cream; ½ Cup Vegan Butter (melted); 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Ingredients

¼ Cup Ground Flaxseeds
½ Cup Warm Water
3 ½ Cups Soy Milk
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
⅓ Cup Coconut Sugar
1 x @wearegreenback Salted Caramel Protein Bar (finely chopped/processed)
⅓ Cup Vegan Friendly Choc Chips
5 Sugar Cubes (crushed into large chunks)
1 x Tub @wearegreenback Salted Caramel Swirl Protein Ice Cream
½ Cup Vegan Butter (melted)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions.
In a small bowl, combine the ground flax + water. Stir, set aside to thicken. In a large  bowl, add soy milk.
Add apple cider vinegar. Stir. Set aside.
In a second large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, coconut sugar, @wearegreenback protein bar chunks, choc chips + sugar chunks.
Stir. Mix in the flax eggs, soy milk mixture, vegan butter + vanilla.
Spray waffle iron with coconut oil. Pour ⅛ of the batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook until the waffle is golden brown on both sides.
Stack waffles with layers of @wearegreenback ice-cream + a good drizzle of melted vegan friendly hazelnut spread. Enjoy warm!
