If you’re in the mood for something a bit spicier, give this one a try! It's a classic with or without alcohol. The olives make the perfect complement to this drink.

Ingredients

15ml olive brine
1/2 lime
fine salt
Ice
50ml tequila (optional)
1x Greenback Spicy Margarita Spritzer
3 green olives for the garnish

Directions

To prepare the glass, run the lime wedge around half the rim of a margarita glass and then dip into the salt.
Pour olive brine, and lime into a cocktail shaker, along with the optional tequila.
Fill three-quarters full with ice and shake until well mixed and chilled.
Strain into the glass, top with the Greenback Margarita spritzer and garnish with a few olives on a stick. Enjoy!
