Ingredients

2 x greenback Caramel Choc Chip Protein Cookies
½ Cup greenback Vanilla Flavoured Protein Powder
1 tsp Ground Ginger 
½ Cup Almond Flour
⅓ Cup Nut Butter (of choice)
2-3 Tbsp Plant Milk
¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup 
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
Christmas Sprinkles (to serve) 
Coconut Oil (for brushing)

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except for sprinkles) into a food processor. If slightly dry, add water.
Using wet hands press mixture VERY FIRMLY into a parchment lined dish. Place into the fridge to firm up.
Once firm, using Christmas cookie cutters, stencil onto the dough. Roll remaining dough and repeat process until mixture is completely used up.
Brush coconut oil onto the tops of the bars. Dust over the sprinkles. Place back into the fridge for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
