Directions

1. To make the raspberry sauce, place ¼ cup of ice- cold water + the raspberries to a small blender. Blend until smooth. Strain in a fine mesh strainer. Set aside.  

2. To make the kiwi sauce, place ¼ cup of ice- cold water, 2 kiwi + a small handful of mint to a small blender. Blend until smooth. Strain in a fine mesh strainer. Set aside. 

3. When ready to serve, moderately fill a glass with ice. Decorate the inside of the glass with the kiwi slices.

4. Pour in half of the raspberry sauce. Add more ice. Pour in the kiwi sauce. Add in the pineapple juice.

5. Finish off with @wearegreenback G&T Seltzer. Watch those bubbles take action! Give it a good stir. Serve with fresh mint + kiwi slices (optional). Enjoy!
