Yes, we do within Australia only. However, we do not ship to PO boxes internationally.

Greenback understands that sometimes an order is made and you have simply changed your mind. That is OK... especially with our merchandise. If you have ordered something that you no longer want, you can return the product, however the return shipping fees will be at your cost.

You must send the product back to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please email info@wearegreenback.com first to alert us of the return and the reasons why you may require an exchange or refund. We will then provide you the return address to send the order back to.

When you receive your order, please check that the items received match your order before opening products, as we cannot accept opened consumable goods. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

If there is an issue with your order or you have received an item that is faulty, incorrect or damaged, items will be replaced at our expense. Please alert us and we will arrange a shipping label to be sent to you at our cost, in this instance.

Apparel returns and exchanges must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
