We've got a whole range of flavours, and new ones keep coming. The easiest way to find your favourite is the sampler pack. It has two each of Hazelnut, Salted Caramel, Choc Raspberry, Triple Choc, Peanut Butter Cup and Killer Coffee, so you can try six of our favourites in one box. Real food you'd recognise, such as dark chocolate, peanuts, hazelnuts, pea protein, soy protein crisps and chicory root fibre. Every ingredient has to earn its spot, and every product lists its full ingredients on the pack and on its product page.

Everything we make is 100% plant-based: no dairy, no whey, no eggs, no animal products. All our products are made and tested gluten-free and we are certified Halal. Always check the label on your pack.

Yes. Many of our bars contain peanuts, tree nuts (like hazelnuts) and soy. Made on equipment which processes milk, sesame & other tree nuts, therefore these allergens may be present. If you have an allergy, always check the label on the pack you're eating.

Mostly dates, plus oligofructose, a plant fibre with a naturally mild sweetness. The only added sugar is in our dark chocolate. No artificial sweeteners and no sugar alcohols. Sugar varies by product, so you'll find the exact amount in the nutrition panel on each product page.

No. None of them. The good stuff should speak for itself, and shelf life comes from how we make the bars, not from preservatives.

Yes, from real coffee: about 100mg per bar/ball, roughly a cup of coffee. Maybe skip it at bedtime.

It depends on the product. Our bars, balls and bites come in different sizes, so the amount of protein varies. You'll find the exact amount on each product page and on the pack. Most of it comes from pea protein, soy and peanuts.

Pea and soy protein give you protein without dairy or whey, which suits vegans, people who avoid dairy, and everyone who just wants a snack that sits well. Soy is a complete protein, and pea protein works well alongside it.

It depends on your age, size and activity. As a rough guide, Australia's Nutrient Reference Values suggest about 0.84 g per kg of body weight for adult men and 0.75 g/kg for adult women. That's about 64 g and 46 g a day for an average adult. For advice for your own situation, talk to your GP or an Accredited Practising Dietitian.

Protein needs increase during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and our bars are made from everyday food ingredients. Everyone's needs are different, though, so please check with your GP, midwife or dietitian before adding anything new to your diet. Also check the label for allergens and caffeine (Killer Coffee contains coffee).

No. They're a snack. They're great for the 3pm slump, a busy day or on the go, but they're not designed to replace a meal.

They're made for adults, but they're made from everyday food ingredients, so many families share them. Check the label for allergens, and skip Killer Coffee for kids because of the caffeine.

We don't make weight-loss claims. We make snacks that taste great and aren't full of rubbish. For personal nutrition goals, a dietitian is the best person to talk to.

Absolutely! Every month before your order you have the ability to change the products you receive. Visit your account and make changes. If you have any issues please feel free to reach out to us.

Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. Otherwise if it's less than that and you order within Australia there is a $9.95 flat rate shipping fee.

We pack orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. 

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have any issues please feel free to reach out.

Unfortunately, we don't ship to PO boxes. The reason for this is our current set of couriers don't deliver to them. However, if PO boxes are the only way to get you stuff, reach out to us and we'll try figure something out.

Yes. We only ship to New Zealand, UK, USA & India. Each country has their own flat rate fee which is available to see at checkout. 

We always try to ship orders to you as soon as possible. If a bar does arrive soft, pop it in the fridge for an hour. If it arrives damaged, let us know and we'll make it right.

Contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually change it

Sorry about that! Send a photo and your order number to info@wearegreenback.com within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.

Don't love it? We'll refund your first box. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Yes. Email us at info@wearegreenback.com and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is at your cost, and we'll refund your first box once your return arrives.

Food can't be resold, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns after your first box. Faulty or damaged products are always covered, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

You'll find us in over 5,000 stores around Australia, including Coles, Woolworths, petrol and convenience stores. Can't see us at your local? Ask the store to stock us. Requests from customers are the fastest way to get us on the shelf. You can also tell us where you'd like to find Greenback on our contact us page, and we'll do our best to get in there too.
