Your access and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this site. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back to your card or method of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Better Brands Group reserve the right to refuse any order, at our sole discretion. However, if we do refuse your order, we will tell you our reasons.

Payment for goods can be made by VISA, Mastercard or PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment in the form of cash and all payments need to be made upfront before we ship the items.

Your delivery costs are paid for by you unless otherwise stated. Normally we will dispatch an item(s) within 2 days of receiving the order. If any delays in shipping occur, you will be notified.
