Online Promotion Terms and Conditions - Greenback "Soda Stream + Protein Water" Giveaway

Effective Date: February 1, 2024

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Greenback " Soda Stream + Protein Water" Giveaway (the "Promotion"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not enter the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period: The Promotion will run for one month from February 1, 2024, 12:00 AM AEDT, through to February 29, 2024, 11:59 PM AEDT (the "Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility:

• The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia only.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Greenback and its partners are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. How to Enter: Participants can enter the Promotion through any of the following methods:

Method 1: Facebook and Instagram Entry:

• Make sure you are following @wearegreenback on Instagram. Comment on Greenback's official Instagram or Facebook post, tagging a friend. Each tagged friend will earn the participant an additional entry into the Promotion.
• Share to your story and tag @wearegreenback for extra entries.

Method 2: Purchase our Protein Water online:

• Purchase our Protein Water online at $15 off for the month of February 2024 and receive an automatic entry into this competition.

4. Prize:

• One (1) lucky winner, selected at random, will receive an E-Terra automatic Sparkling Soda Stream water maker plus one (1) Greenback Lemon & Lime Protein Water and one (1) Greenback Raspberry Protein Water.
• The total value of the prize is $259 and the Soda Stream comes with a 2 year warranty.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The winner will be notified via their social media handle (Instagram) or the email provided during entry.
• The winner will be notified on Friday March 1^st, 2024.
• The winner will have seven (7) days to respond to the notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, an alternative winner may be selected.

6. Prize Delivery:

• The prize will be delivered to the winner's Australian residential address as provided during the entry process.
• The delivery of the prize will be coordinated with the winner directly.

7. General Conditions:

• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
• By participating, you agree to release and hold Greenback and its affiliates harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this Promotion.
• Greenback reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.

8. Privacy and marketing consent:

• By participating in this Promotion and providing your personal information, you consent to Greenback adding your information, including your name and email address, to its marketing list. By doing so, you agree to receive marketing communications from Greenback, which may include promotional emails, newsletters, and updates related to Greenback's products and services. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or contacting Greenback directly. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Greenback's privacy policy.

9. Governing Law:

• This Promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.

By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
