This is an easy overnight oats recipe is healthy
enough for breakfast and decadent enough for dessert!
Salted Caramel Overnight Oats
1 scoop Greenback Salted Caramel Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 cups of any milk of choice
- 1 cup rolled oats
1 Greenback Salted Caramel Protein Bar, chopped
2 tbsp coconut flakes
In a medium mixing bowl, mix milk, protein powder and maple syrup.
Sprinkle the oats into the liquid and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate the oats at least overnight.
Transfer the overnight oats to serving glasses and top with a handful of protein bar chunks and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
