Ingredients
-
1 scoop Greenback Vanilla Protein Powder
-
1x Greenback Salted Caramel Protein Bar
-
5-6 strawberries
-
1 banana
-
1/2 cup coconut water, or milk of choice
-
1 small handful of mixed seeds
-
Extra Fruit to serve, such as blueberries, passion fruit
Directions
Blend and sieve 3-4 strawberries to make the puree.
Separately, blend a banana with a couple of strawberries and a splash of coconut water/ or milk.
Serve in a bowl with a dollop of the strawberry puree and use a spoon to create the swirl. Top with your fruit of choice and a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
