A huge thank you to our in-house nutritionist, Jacinta Radziejewski, for this deliciously simple protein mousse recipe! It is a crowd favourite not only because of the divine smooth texture and tase, but it is also VERY healthy for you! Tick, tick, tick!

Ingredients

½ cup of rice malt syrup
-
¼ can of coconut cream
-
2/3 cup of raw cocoa powder
-
½ cup of @wearegreenback Chocolate Protein Powder
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1 ripe avocado
-
1 chopped layered Greenback Choc Raspberry Protein Bar
-
Fresh raspberries to garnish
Directions
Add rice malt syrup, coconut cream, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, protein powder and avocado flesh to a blender
Blend until all ingredients are combined into a smooth texture
Stir through chopped Raspberry Choc Protein bar pieces
Transfer to a dish or glass for serving
Garnish with extra Protein Bar pieces and raspberries
