1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Greenback vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup blitzed oats (or coconut flour)
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Stir all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Adjust the amount of almond milk/ oat flour until you have a consistency that’s easy to roll.
Roll into 12 balls and Enjoy! These energy balls can be strored in the fridge for a few days or freezer for a few weeks!
