Hop into Easter with a Ferrero Rocher-inspired treat that is sure to stop even the Easter Bunny in their tracks!
Switch the Peanut Butter flavour bars for our Hazelnut flavour if they're your fave. Either flavour works deliciously!

2 x @wearegreenback Peanut Butter Protein Bars
1 Cup Almond Flour
4 Tbsp Oat Flour
4 Tbsp Cacao Powder
50g Vegan Friendly Easter Eggs (finely shaved or crushed)
8 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Using a food processor, process the chopped @wearegreenback protein bars until you reach a crumb consistency. Set aside.
Add all dough ingredients to a bowl. Combine with your hands until you have a formable dough, add more oat flour if too wet. More water if too dry.
Roll into 14 balls (approximately 1 Tbsp per ball. Liberally coat each ball in the processed protein ball crumbs. Set and store in the fridge until firm. Enjoy!
