Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen blueberries (defrosted)

1/2 cup frozen spinach & kale (defrosted)

1/2 tsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 avocado

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp vanilla coconut yoghurt
