Warm Choc Pudding
1 scoop Greenback Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tbsp + 2 tsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp oat flour
1 small pinch salt
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp milk of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cubes chocolate
Combine dry ingredients, mix well.
Add wet ingredients, stir well.
Transfer 1/2 the mixture to a well-greased ramekin.
Place in the chocolate squares. Pour over the remaining batter.
Either microwave for 30/ 40 seconds OR cook in a 175C oven for approximately 14 minutes.
Enjoy warm or drizzle over some of your favourite melted chocolate.
